SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA
We offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders across the United States. Orders are typically delivered within 4 business days of shipment.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real time. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@vigicam-store.com.

DELIVERY ISSUES
VigiCam is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. VigiCam is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at support@vigicam-store.com within 1 hour of placing your order.
