At VigiCam, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we've got you covered.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To start a return, email us at support@vigicam-store.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Items without original packaging
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
EXCHANGES
If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no cost to you. Contact us at support@vigicam-store.com within 7 days of delivery.
SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, first check with your bank. Then contact your credit card company — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@vigicam-store.com.
